Sports Massage 60 MINS - £45
This hour can be used as required by you. Some examples might include; Full body sports massage, focus on a specific problem area or a legs session pre or post event. Most commonly people seek a sports massage when muscles are ‘tight’, sore or overused. It can also be an effective method for prevention of injury and maintenance of mobility, complimenting your training schedule or busy working life.
Sports Massage 30 MINS - £25
30 minutes of focussed massage work is a perfect way to warm up and ready your body pre event/ game or training session. Also great for those short on time but not willing to compromise on looking after themselves.
"Loyalty Card" - £180
5 x 60 min Sports Massage Sessions (Pre Paid)
In this pre paid package you are essentially getting one full hour of sports massage, free. The package has no time constraints. The focus of these hour sessions can be dictated by you in each session, either focussing on a specific area or full body. Added bonus to this package is that one session out of the 5 can be transferrable to a friend, and what a good friend you'd be!
"Un-Do" - £210
6 x 60 min Sports Massage Sessions (Pre Paid)
6 individual hours of sports massage, meaning you are saving £60 from booking independent sessions. The intention for this package is to focus in on a problem area over a shorter period of time. I would recommend that after the first session where the problem area is identified and worked on, we leave no longer than 2 weeks between sessions. View this as a course of treatment aimed at attempting to ‘un-do’ the long term, chronic complaint you have been living with.
“The SEASON” - £200
10 X 30 MIN SPORTS MASSAGE SESSIONS (PRE PAID)
If you’ve read my bio - again, ‘I get it’. Looking after yourself is big news, but focus tends to go on hitting the gym, signing up for that 10K, joining a club. Its easy to put the emphasis there and not on how well your body moves and feels whilst enjoying these pursuits. Regular 30 minutes of massage can allow for a level of maintenance throughout the ‘season’. Defining “Season’ here in either the commonly used sporting sense or the time between rest periods in your day to day busy life.
